UPDATE: We’re excited to announce the ARTCRANK will return to St. Louis as part of the 2012 edition of the Tour de Grove — May 11-13. Once again, we’ll stage the world’s greatest bike poster show in the friendly confines of Atomic Cowboy. And we’re planning three days of bike-lovin’ fun with our partners in crime at Big Shark Bicycle Co.
We’re teaming up with Widmer Brothers Brewing and Atomic Cowboy to support St. Louis BicycleWORKS, an organization that gives kids the chance to earn a free bike while they learn about bike safety and maintenance through their Earn-a-Bike program, which has provided inner-city kids with more than 10,000 bikes.
CALL FOR ENTRIES: Our final roster will feature 30 artists from the St. Louis area, each of whom will produce a limited edition bike-inspired poster that we’ll display and sell at our event. To be considered for the show, send three digital samples of previous work (URLs, JPGs, PDFs, etc.) to us via email. The Call for Entries is open only to artists who live and work in the St. Louis area, and will close on Saturday, March 17.
