ARTCRANK CHI will feature hand-made, bike-inspired posters created by Chicago area artists. Limited edition, signed and numbered copies of all posters will be available for $40 each. Admission is free.
UPDATE: ARTCRANK Chicago is in the books. Our first ever-show in Windy City on Friday, May 17 did not disappoint, with stellar posters and a raucous crowd at Co-Prosperity Sphere. Thanks to everyone who came out to support bikes and local art. We’re already planning another shindig for 2014, so keep your eyes peeled for details.
Thanks also to our friends from Widmer Brothers Brewing, Clif Bar, Neenah Paper and Threadless, we were able to raise more than $1,700 to benefit World Bicycle Relief. This nonprofit partnership that’s provided more than 100,000 bicycles to people in developing countries, giving them sustainable transportation and improved access to education, healthcare and economic opportunity.
